GFL Environmental Services is seeking an Industrial Services Account Manager, to join the Environmental Sales team. The Industrial Services Account Manager is responsible for hunting and obtaining new Industrial Services business at existing accounts and new customers within an assigned territory. As an experienced professional, an Industrial Services Account Manager develop and deepen relationships with high-value customers in their assigned territory to gain market share and expand customer wallet share for profitable Industrial Services revenue.

What you'll do:
  • Seek out business development with new and existing clients on the oil and gas industry.
  • Analyze customer needs and present solutions utilizing a thorough understanding of our diverse service offerings.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner at all times to ensure every opportunity is taken to promote the brand.
  • Ensure exemplary customer satisfaction and act as a liaison between customer and operational staff.
  • Provide market intelligence in regard to competitors and pricing strategies.
  • Formulate business plans and strategies to meet business development targets.
  • Work in close partnership with GFL Branch Managers, Project Managers and Directors to achieve overall business growth targets.
  • Represent company at conferences, trade shows, and industry organizations with the assigned territory.

What's required:
    • Must have experience in O&G , Petrochemical, refining knowledge, experience, and contacts in the Houston Market.
    • 5+ Oil & Gas, Industrial and Environmental management industry experience.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work collaboratively to achieve business goals.
    • Ability to travel within local territory with occasional overnight travel.
    • Must possess a valid driver's license and be authorized to work in the U.S.
