Accounting Manager

Salary: $90,000.00 USD Annually - $125,000.00 USD Annually
Description: We are a small, stable, and growing coal company committed to excellence and sustainability. We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our team and contribute to our financial success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the preparation of balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports.
• Conduct reconciliations and ensure accuracy in all financial records.
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance and support.
• Utilize Sage software and Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• MBA (preferred).
• Extensive experience in handling balance sheets, P&L, and reconciliations.
  
• Supervisory experience in an industrial company.
• Proficiency in Sage software and Excel.
