Perform administrative/business operations, such as independently reconciling the University's bank accounts; compiling, analyzing and preparing transactions for unrestricted investments and lease accounting; and serves as liaison with Student Financial Services and Treasury Services to verify student aid transactions to prepare reporting and cash draws from the Federal Government. This position requires strict confidentiality to protect information related to the University's liquidity, cash and investment balances, and financial commitments. Regularly access protected personal data, such as employee payroll records and job data details. Report to the Financial Accounting and Reporting Manager.

Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration and three years related experience to include proficiency with spreadsheet applications. Requires investigative, analytical, and reconciliation skills; attention to detail; experience producing and interpreting accounting system reports. Effective interpersonal and communication required.

$60,000-$67,500

A probationary period may be required, This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule with an option to split time between campus and elsewhere, in accordance with the university telecommuting policy, This position is eligible for full-time telework in accordance with the university telecommuting policy, Background Check required for this position
