Job functions:

• Balance sheet reconciliations
• General ledger management
• Preparing reports and processing payments
• Handling multiple locations
• Preparing invoices
• Maintain vendor communication and management
• Review expense reports for proper coding
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed accurately
• Manage proper filing system

Requirements:

• 2+ years of accounting related experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience working in a high-volume setting
• Support a dynamic team
• Self-motivated and managed
• Accounting systems experience
• Basic Excel knowledge
