JOB DESCRIPTION

Reviewing a lot of the property accounting monthly processes (i.e. reviewing their accruals, variance notes, etc) to make sure it's posted properly and on time and also the same thing with budgets (reviewing budgets). Supervise AR team (only two people). Will not do the AR just need to understand it and be the go-to person with any AR questions that the two AR specialists have. Will also need to understand balance sheets, overall budgeting processes and basic understanding of variance notes.

Starting Salary Range - $70K - $80K
