Job Description Summary / TWC Summary:Successfully teach courses in one of the four departments in the College of Education. Contribute to the department's undergraduate and graduate teaching mission through excellent teaching skills for course delivery. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills in working with diverse students, faculty and staff. This position is responsible for delivering the content based on the accreditation standards of the state and national organizations.
Essential Duties Summary:Successfully teach courses in the undergraduate and/or graduate curriculum in the College of Education. Maintain proficiency in content areas as needed by attending trainings and meetings. Responsible for completing, monitoring and assessing all necessary requirements of the student support in the College. Responsible for interaction with students to support their needs as students in the College of Education. Demonstrated effective teaching that encourages active earning in students. Other duties as assigned by the Chairperson.

Education:Master's Degree or Doctorate from an accredited four-year college or university in Education or related field.
Required Licensing/Certification:N/A
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Knowledge of content area for the department where the position is housed. Requires strong interpersonal and communication skills. Preferable practical experience in the field of study.

Working/Environmental Conditions:This is a part time teaching position in the College of Education.
