Ultimate Staffing is partnering with a construction company in the Phoenix area for an admin assistant role. This is an exciting temp-to-hire opportunity with potential for growth within the company and crosstraining. Daily job duties include:
-Basic knowledge of MS office
-Even Planning
-Tracking permits and licenses
-Database driven (CMIC software) experience a plus
-Construction experience is a plus
-Payroll tracking
-General office duties
-Order supplies
-Answer phones
-This person needs to be a productive self-starter who is able to identify daily tasks and decide the order in which to complete them
-Being organized and detailed is crucial
