Our client, an investment adviser, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their Greenwich, CT office, supporting their Investor Relations team. This role will be in office Monday - Wednesday with Thursday and Friday remote from 8:30am - 5:30pm.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule internal and external meetings
- Track investor calls, meetings, prospect mailbox and other departmental processes
- Prepare meeting materials (presentations, books, bios etc.)
- Travel arrangements including detailed itineraries
- Assist with planning and execution for both internal and client events
- Prepare expense reports for the department
- Assist with ad-hoc projects including firm wide events, philanthropy and brand management
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree preferred
- 5+ years of solid administrative experience with a track record of professional success; financial services experience strongly preferred but not essential
- Knowledge of Microsoft office products
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with event planning is highly preferred
- Ability to maintain process and meet deadlines
- Excellent judgement and someone who takes pride in their work
- Maturity and high degree of professionalism
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $100K base depending on experience + paid OT + bonus
