Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Millersville, MD 100% on site
Pay Rate: $20 - $24 per hour
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Ultimate Staffing is working with a stellar organization looking for a motivated and reliable Administrative Assistant to join their team in Millersville, MD. This role will provide essential support to our receptionist and other departments, ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. Job Duties:
- Greet visitors, answer incoming calls, and manage front desk activities.
- Distribute incoming mail, packages, and other documents to the appropriate departments.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meeting room availability.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure common areas are organized.
- Support data entry tasks, including updating databases and records.
- Prepare basic correspondence, memos, and other documents as directed.
- Assist other departments with various administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to multitask and handle basic office equipment.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
