Description

The Administrative Assistant of CBHC Supportive Scheduling is responsible for working collaboratively with CBHC Access and Outpatient Clinicians to manage their scheduled caseloads to ensure accuracy while balancing the individuals served need for services. The Administrative Assistant is also responsible for processing reports to ensure that CBHC Access and Outpatient Clinicians successfully meet established productivity measures.

Your experience, knowledge, and skills will support the CBHC program with the following:

  • Working collaboratively with CBHC Access and Outpatient Clinicians to manage their scheduled caseloads to ensure accuracy while balancing the individuals served need for services.
  • Assisting in processing reports to ensure CBHC Access and Outpatient Clinicians successfully meet established productivity measures.
  • Helping with managing both Access Transfer Lists and Universal Provider Other (UPO) Lists of individuals served to work on scheduling these individuals with clinicians for services.
  • Working to manage and complete scheduling requests from CBHC Access and Outpatient Clinicians, Supervisors, Directors, Managers, and Individual Served.
  • Communicating to the Administrative Supervisor with necessary information throughout the shift.
  • Working effectively with other Administrative Assistants, Administrative Supervisors, Directors, and Managers to support the accomplishment of team tasks.
  • Attending seminars and trainings.
  • Attending and participates in staff meetings.
  • Seeking out the Administrative Supervisor for staff training and development.
  • Performing other administrative tasks as requested by the Administrative Supervisor


What are we looking for in an Supportive Scheduler?
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 6 months experience working in an office setting preferred.
  • Strong professional skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong computer skills preferred.
  • Prior billing application experience preferred.
  • Bi-Lingual in Spanish and English preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Remote work requirements:
  • The primary work location of this position is remote; however, it is the staff's responsibility to attend in-person staff meetings, training, or other in-person events pertaining to the staff's job duties as needed. Staff working remotely need quiet and distraction-free working space.
  • Staff working in a remote setting need an adequate internet connection for their job duties.
  • Staff must dedicate their full attention to their job duties during working hours.
  • Staff must adhere to breaks and attendance schedules agreed upon with their manager and supervisor
