A Large University is seeking Outbound Admission Support Specialist.
Pay: $17/hr
Schedule could vary between 6AM - 7 PM.
You will be responsible to reaching out to potential students in order to get them in contact with one of our many campuses. Admissions Support will be transferring leads and setting on-campus appointments for our students to get a tour of our facilities and answer any questions they may have. You will need to be high energy, overcome students' objections, and make a great first impression on our potential students.
Responsibilities:
* Initiate outbound calls to potential students to provide assistance and support with their application process.
* Follow up with potential students via email to provide additional information, answer questions, and ensure a seamless process.
* Demonstrate a genuine care for the potential students by maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.
* Assist potential students with their inquiries and provide support in resolving their concerns.
* Build valuable relationships through understanding potential students needs and preferences, while representing the brand with the utmost integrity.
* Maintain a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Qualifications:
* Prior customer-facing experience is a plus.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Confidence in handling customer inquiries effectively.
* Problem-solving orientation, self-disciplined, and honest approach.
* Must be self-driven, highly motivated with a high energy, winning attitude.
* Ability to demonstrate discretion, good judgment, tactfulness, and diplomacy.
* A positive attitude with a strong desire to further the goals of the department and company will be noticed quickly!
