Advanced Manufacturing / Production Operator

Scottsdale, AZ

Contract Position

$18.43 - $23.43 / Hourly

This position is supporting the next generation in developing mission critical systems for our national defense. You would be a part of creating the most effective and state of the art technologies for Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance supporting the Army, Navy, Air Force, Special Forces, and other Federal Government agencies working with our military.

Responsibilities:

• Perform moderately complex assembly tasks, including repetitive and non-repetitive production operations on electronic and mechanical components such as modules, boards, cables, and frames.
• Interpret schematics and drawings to fabricate or inspect assemblies in production and pre-production environments.
• Perform wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing on subassemblies and units following advanced techniques.
• Build and integrate hardware for prototypes, subassemblies, or systems, conduct electrical testing, and perform complex rework and refurbishment as needed.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required, with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in loading and configuring customer/standard software on devices.
• Ability to accurately complete process paperwork and enter data into work order management systems.
• Strong computer skills with knowledge of measuring/test equipment and basic math.
