Duties/Responsibilities:

• Reports to General Service/ Product Support Manager:
  • Responsible of chairing the warranty meeting, this process involves pulling and emailing all claims to the board members. Pull supporting information, emails, pictures and such so the board can make rulings on the claims. Reads all claims in order and notes what is needed for the completion of the claim by the directive of the board members.
  • Processes all claims after the meeting for return of parts, more information or approval for payment, adjusts labor times and parts used on the claims per board recommendations.
  • Handles all returns, claims and vendor claims for the warehouses.
  • Solely handles and processes all customer and vendor claims for Cummins, Volvo, Kem, PSI, Pettibone, Capacity as well as the GT, T Loader and Material Handler line plus other special products as they come along.
  • Create and run reports and spreadsheets for board members as needed
  • Utilizes Taylor Trak Pro, Egnyte and Nektar for machine hours and component serial numbers.
  • Assists with training users and new users the correct method and steps of filling out a warranty claim.
  • Other duties assigned by supervisor

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Knowledge of Service Management software, ISeries, Adobe and other software as well as be able to use vendors sites to file claims.
