RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Quincy, MA that is seeking an AP/AR Vendor Solutions Analyst.Responsibilities:- AP/AR Vendor Solutions Analyst will support the vendor management team with their goal of strengthening vendor relationships
- Communicate with assigned list of vendors to resolve payment inquiries
- Utilize internal ticketing system to pick up cases and analyze origins of discrepancies, what information is needed to solve, and how to mitigate those issues moving forward
- Handle some vendor bookings
REQUIREMENTS:
- AP/AR/Accounting background, well versed in invoices
- Comfortable with ambiguity
- Moderate Excel required; Pivots/VLOOKUP's preferred
- Ability to handle escalated cases
- Ability to handle large amounts of data
- SAP preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
