We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage vendor invoicing and payment processing. This role involves ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, maintaining vendor records, and assisting with month-end activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and process vendor invoices for payment.
• Verify approvals and match invoices with purchase orders or receipts.
• Maintain accurate vendor records and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with monthly reconciliations and audits.
• Support payment processing, including checks, ACH, and wire transfers.
• Help with government reporting and annual filings.
• Perform additional tasks as needed to support the AP team.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency with Excel and basic accounting software is preferred.
