RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in North Kingstown, RI that is seeking an AP Specialist.Responsibilities:- Receive invoices via email or other channels
- The AP Specialist will process high volume invoices
- Print invoices for review
- Log invoices in the tracking system for record-keeping
- Send invoices for approval to designated personnel
- Enter approved invoices into the system
- File approved invoices into the database for easy retrieval and reference
- Prepare and cut checks for approved invoices
- Assist with conducting a monthly check run for efficiency
- Create lean waivers for invoice checks to expedite payment processing
- The AP Specialist will manage information from four credit cards
- Conduct reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Handle invoices and payments for different entities as necessary, maintaining clarity and organization
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of AP experience or less with Construction and multi entity experience
- Construction background is a plus
- Spectrum construction, and quickbooks software is a plus
- Previous experience working with multiple entities is a huge plus
- Extremely organized
- High volume experience
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
