AR Staff Accountant

Newly created Accounts Receivable Accountant for a clean energy manufacturing company. Reports to CFO - learn from the best! Excellent benefit package and coverage!!

Duties:

• G/L reconciliation
• Bank reconciliation
• Enter sales orders and generate invoices - will train
• Enter payroll for processing done by outside PEO partner
• 1099
• Assist with annual audit w/CPA firm - second week in January.
• Month end close - posting journal entries, accruals, etc
• Financial reporting
• Perpetual inventory - will train
• Rev recognition from contracts - will train
• Maintain pto
• HR administration between company and outside PEO

Requirements:

• Degree in accounting, finance, economics - required
• 2-3 years of similar experience - someone he can train up.
• HR background would be ideal, or willingness to learn - Has a PEO that handles a lot of the admin and paperwork this person would be the local admin for HR duties
• Ideally manufacturing industry experience
