Summary

The Assistant Athletics Director of Annual Giving is a professional fundraising position responsible for leading the Athletics Development annual giving program including oversight of Green Wave Club solicitation strategy, donor retention, donor acquisition, and stewardship. This position will also be responsible for managing a portfolio of priority fundraising prospects to identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward gifts in concert with Athletics' strategic priorities and objectives. Incumbent will work closely with University Advancement and athletic leadership to execute fundraising initiatives aimed at raising private donor support for Tulane Athletics.

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree* 5 years' direct fundraising or related experience in an annual giving setting, preferably in intercollegiate athletics at the NCAA Division I FBS level. Transferable, related experience such as marketing, admissions, public relations, alumni relations, trust officer, or sales may be considered. OR* High School Diploma or equivalent* 11 years' direct experience, preferably in intercollegiate athletics at the NCAA Division I FBS level. Transferable, related experience such as marketing, admissions, public relations, alumni relations, trust officer, or sales may be considered.

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's Degree* Working knowledge of Ellucian Advance, Paciolan and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
