Summary

The Assistant Director for Student Leadership and Engagement provides leadership and management for student leadership organizations within the residence halls, develops and promotes academic initiatives within the residence halls, strengthens and implements the residential curriculum, and leads assessment efforts for the Department of Housing and Residence Life. Reporting to the Associate Director of Residence Life, this position engages in critical analysis of student and program needs to resolve substantial issues which may span multiple areas, using advanced technical and professional knowledge.

Required Qualifications

* Master's Degree with 2 years of full-time experience working in student affairs.

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's Degree with 3 years of full-time experience working in student affairs.* Experience supervising staff. * Experience working with residentially based curriculums and academic initiatives.* Assessment experience.
