The Department of Economics at Tulane University invites applications for one full-time tenure-track position to begin July 1, 2025 at the rank of Assistant Professor. Applicants should have primary research and teaching interests in the economics of education. Preference will be given to applicants whose interest in this topic intersects with labor economics and/or public economics and other areas where the Department has existing strengths. The position is a 9-month tenure-track, academic-year appointment to begin July 1, 2025.
Ph.D. in economics of equivalent at the time employment begins. Successful candidates are expected to have demonstrated potential for excellence in research and have a dedicated interest in high quality teaching at both the undergraduate and graduate level.
