The Associate Client Service Manager will serve as both the manager of smaller accounts and be responsible for performing daily deliverables within the suite of COBRA services and products. This includes tasks such as carrier updates, entering qualifying event information in the COBRA system, and supporting specific client requests, especially managing annual renewals. This position will also be involved with closing out tasks related to the call center management system and will participate in projects and other initiatives.
