Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 3-6 years of experience in bankruptcy and commercial litigation, including discovery and law and motion practice.

- Strong academic record, with exceptional research, writing, and verbal communication skills.

- Demonstrated public speaking and advocacy skills; prior bankruptcy clerkship experience is a plus.

- Active membership in the California State Bar.
