Position Summary
This position is responsible for the Technical Managing of multiple Automated Lines in the safe and efficient production of various customer products. In addition, responsible for all automated support equipment such as
air system maintenance and any additional automated lines added to Landsberg Fulfillment - Fontana, Ca
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the maintenance and repair of automated equipment as required.
- Responsible for preventative maintenance activity direction and documentation.
- Properly accounting for expense items including machine maintenance tools, lubricants and any other required items to support Automated Line operation, expense items, with appropriate item numbers.
- Order parts to replenish the inventory for the Automated Lines operation.
- Responsible for completing and maintaining downtime reports to track failures and causes.
- Set-up and maintain Parts and Tool Cage to protect and manage capital investment.
- Track operator's usage of consumables and loss of capital tools and equipment.
- Responsible for turning in the completed Production report to Plant Manager once per week including downtime report.
- This position above all will manage line operator's ability to perform safely and to operate and care for automated machinery.
- Performs other duties and/or responsibilities as requested
Qualifications Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or General Education degree (GED)
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Knowledge of electricity, schematics, and PLC's.
- Demonstrate mechanical abilities
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, product specifications and memos.
