To support them and our growth in our Bakery operations in Monroe, WI, we are seeking to add regular full-time positions as a Line Operator to support business needs in production. What You'll Do:
This role will be responsible for a variety of tasks including but not limited to ensuring that enrobing and ancillary equipment runs efficiently and effectively while meeting quality and safety standards. Food Quality and Food Safety are an important aspect to ensuring our customer expectations are met. This position involves monitoring runs and performing basic troubleshooting on our Bakery equipment, training employees how to properly use equipment and more.
You'll also be responsible for:
• Preparing equipment and supplies required for shift production
• Operating, setting up and maintaining Bakery equipment
• Assisting supervision as needed
• Completing reports throughout the day regarding production
• Ensuring proper completion on all paperwork assigned regarding production
• Performing set-up procedures for upcoming production runs

Qualifications

What It Takes:

We need an individual who is self- motivated and can work independently while following procedures. In addition, we are looking for an individual who can work in a fast-paced work environment with a high attention to detail.
• Possess a high school education or equivalent or two years of relevant experience (we will train)
• The ability of following and executing all Bakery Standard Operating Procedures
• Strong experience/knowledge of operating a wide range of machines
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Bilingual proficiency preferred (English/Spanish)
