Job Description

We are hiring a Brand Marketing Intern who will begin in January and end in August 2025.

What You'll Do & Learn
As a Brand Marketing Intern, you will assist with brand marketing efforts including, but not limited to, brand strategy execution, omnichannel marketing, competitive audits, and customer research. Your insightful contributions will help develop, expand, and maintain our marketing opportunities. In addition, you will be responsible for:
• Assisting in strategy development, creation, and execution of social media and content marketing efforts
• Performing research and analysis on competitors, customers, and market trends
• Collecting & analyzing quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns
• Supporting the Brand team in daily administrative tasks

Qualifications

This internship will help you acquire marketing skills and provide you with knowledge of various brandstrategies. Ultimately, you will gain broad experience in Brand Management and Marketing and will prepare you to enter any dynamic, innovative work environment. Internship applicants must:
• Be at least Junior or Senior standing, recent college graduates are preferred
• Have a cumulative GPA of 2.80 or higher
• Have a solid understanding of different marketing tactics, especially social media marketing
• Thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Possess a strong desire to learn along with professional drive
• Possess project management skills including the ability to work with little supervision
• Have a passion for the marketing industry and its best practices
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

This position is not eligible for remote work and would require you to work onsite at our headquarters in Monroe, WI for the duration of your internship.
