Hays Facilities Management are partnered with a leading non-profit to hire a Building Engineer for their Upper East Side location.

Your new role

The job duties of the Building Engineer will include the following:

- Ownership of closing maintenance activities related to electrical, HVAC, pool and more
- Ensure facility is in top shape for guests and members

-*Shift- Mon, Tues, Fri (3PM-11PM), Sat & Sun (1PM-9PM)- Off Weds & Thurs

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

- Strong background in PM's, HVAC, electrical (Commercial preferred)
- Ability to work with ticketing systems
- Ensure facility is in top shape for the morning crew

What you'll get in return

Base salary $85-90K plus benefits package and low-cost parking across the street
