Job Description:

As a Business Execution Consultant, you will:

• Participate in and consult on moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Business Execution.
• Contribute to large-scale planning related to Business Execution deliverables.
• Review and analyze Business Execution challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
• Resolve moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Business Execution deliverables.
• Leverage a solid understanding of functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with client personnel in Business Execution.

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent experience through work, consulting, training, military, or education.

Additional Skills:

• Independently manage 1-2 Risk Assessable Units (RAUs), also known as RCSAs, including drafting responsibilities.
• Identify risks, measures, controls, and ratings for assigned RAUs in partnership with the RAU Owner.
• Manage all risk management activities related to the RAU (e.g., issues, OREs, process changes) to ensure compliance.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on risk and control for assigned service models and underlying L4 processes.
• Provide risk management consulting to support the business in designing and implementing risk-mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with business groups to identify and address current and emerging risks.
• Integrate into business routines to maintain sufficient process knowledge.
• Monitor and escalate issues within the assigned portfolio of control activities.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience in designing effective controls, issue management, and supporting metrics and governance programs.
• Knowledge of issue management processes and root cause analysis.
• Regulatory control knowledge across enterprise risk management frameworks, including control testing, risk identification, risk appetite and strategy, risk-related decisions, processes and controls, risk analytics, and governance.
• Experience with Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) activities.
• Ability to proactively manage and mitigate issues.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Experience developing partnerships and collaborating with other business and functional areas.
• Strong operational, compliance, or audit risk management experience in the financial services industry.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
