Job Description Summary
The position owns the development and deployment of Inventory Excellence processes, delivering best in class performance. They will support the Global Supply Chain planning organization through highly cross-functionally teams, benchmarking among industry peers and thought leaders to tailor the inventory optimization initiatives to achieve management goals.
This role handles enhancing the inventory performance reliability, partnering with global supply chain by aligning with the current context and future objectives of the business. It will focus on critical inventory management initiatives developed within the Planning Excellence framework across functions, processes, or technical capabilities. Take a pragmatic and methodical approach across global organizations to better leverage their resources and deliver on future growth opportunities.
This position will oversee the Inventory Excellence resources, tasked with responsibilities to deliver on inventory performance at a global level, providing insight into drivers of inventory. He/She will develop standard processes, metrics, and E-System technical improvements to yield improved results in the deployment of inventory across the network.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Inventory Management Strategy and supply network integrated operating strategy.
- Generates Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and reports associated with inventory management.
- Inventory Reporting and consolidation.
- Inventory projection and budgeting.
- Blocked, Slow and Non-moving stock management.
- Develop and Implement Strategic Inventory build process.
- Drive Inventory regional reviews - Integrated Tracker
- SCM/Finance Reconciliation.
- Leads change related to key strategic initiatives that impact the broader Supply Chain with strong connection to Platforms, Regions, and manufacturing operations. Ensures the right stakeholders are engaged up front and throughout the change process.
DELIVER STRATEGIC INITIATIVES :
- Global Inventory Management Process: leading quarterly DIO projection budget process + idea generation and funneling from prioritization to delivery.
- Safety Stock Governance: service- oriented approach, enhancing planning performance capability with Continuous MEIO, embedded into "Day in Life" activists.
- Zero Waste (E&O Reserve): facilitate efforts to deliver on inventory performance expectations with creation and implementation of the E&O roadmap.
- Flow: E2E Process improvements delivering on connected planning.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :
- Must have 12+ years' Manufacturing / Operations, Supply Chain, including Inventory Management, Material Requirements Planning.
- Experience managing a globally integrated supply network planning utilizing best in class supply planning processes and advanced planning and scheduling systems.
- Strong Project Management skills.
- College/University Degree in Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Operations or Business.
- MBA, CPIM certification preferred.
- APICS Certification and/or Green or Black Belt preferred.
