Call Center - Starting in July

Location: Chanhassen, MN

Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday

Pay: $22.00/hr.

Job Duties/Description:

• Answer high volume of incoming calls from individuals involved in various settlements.

• Investigate and answer claimant questions as received while observing excellent customer service skills.

• Data entry duties to transcribe phone calls.

• Assist with troubleshooting data irregularities.

• Do callbacks to individuals who left voicemails.

• Able to maintain a high level of accuracy and effectively resolve calls.

• Transfer data from hard copy to a digital database.

• Help with Invoicing as needed.

Requirements:

• H.S. Diploma or equivalent

• Candidate that shows confidence to quickly learn the job and grasp details.

• Must have excellent attendance and be reliable.

• Minimum 1 year of call center experience or office experience (Spanish Bilingual is a plus)

• Proficient with Microsoft Office

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with a polite and pleasant demeanor.
