Volt is looking for an On-site Customer Service Rep. for a well-known Healthcare facility in Meridian, ID.
This is a seasonal position
As an On-site Customer Service Rep, you will:
- High comfort level receiving/making calls and following a call script
- Previous experience in contact/call center, customer service, health insurance, Medicare Advantage, and/or medical office will help support your success in this position
- Phenomenal verbal and written communication
- Digital literacy, such as Microsoft Office Suite, data entry, using multiple software applications simultaneously, with strong general computer skills including intranet/internet navigation
- Problem-solving and basic math skills

Full-Time opportunity.
Monday-Friday, 8:00 am- 5:00 pm with occasional OT. The ideal candidate will have:
- Ability to work onsite at our Meridian Idaho campus
- Ability to attend 10-day, paid training class Monday-Friday, from 8:00 am-5:00 pm. After training, work schedule hours will fall within Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm; occasional overtime may be requested
- Start date Monday 11/25/24 with estimated end date by/before 12/31/2024 (about 6 weeks duration). Holiday closures observed on 11/28, 11/29, and 12/25.
Pay Rate: $18.50/hr. *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
