Campaign Coordinator

As Campaign Coordinator, you will work to create, optimize, and implement new ideas and campaigns surrounding the company's realty lead generation effort. You will work with internally owned and operated websites along with partners to improve conversions across all milestones. Your responsibilities will include working directly with fellow marketing team members to execute projects, consume data, and leverage insights to determine new strategies and tactics relating to both mortgage and realty performance. In addition, you will prioritize multiple projects to achieve the most business value, while keeping stakeholders updated as needed. Depending on your assignment, you will focus on one of the following areas:

  • Seller Lead Acquisition and Conversion
  • Lead Generation

Job duties may include, but are not limited to:

Seller Lead Acquisition and Conversion
  • Create, manage, and optimize lead acquisition campaigns through the creation of new ideas, conversion testing, incubation strategies, and leveraging marketing tactics to ensure the realty division is capturing a growing percentage of sell-side transactions.
  • Responsible for monitoring and improving metrics and conversion data for all seller campaigns and deriving actionable insights to deliver results. Mine campaigns for seller lead volume and conversion opportunities.
  • Cultivate and maintain off market property data and advocate for its use across departments and campaigns.
  • Strategize and develop new opportunities to generate purchase and listing real estate leads.
  • Actively contribute to making the team and culture stronger by assisting with other duties as needed, excluding licensed activity.

Lead Generation
  • Optimize owned and operated agent first campaigns through the creation of new ideas, conversion testing, incubation strategies, and leveraging marketing tactics.
  • Work with Business Development to propose and implement improvements to partner campaigns.
  • Create specifications for and work with creative teams to ensure assets are effective, on-message and compliant.
  • Strategize and develop new opportunities to generate both purchase and listing real estate leads.
  • Actively contribute to making the team and culture stronger by assisting with other duties as needed, excluding licensed activity.

  • Experience working on a team to implement new features, projects, campaigns, or products in partnership with development resources
  • Strong business acumen, with ability to translate and present quantitative information in professional format
  • Experience building/authoring business processes, process illustrations, project plans, user stories, and business requirement documents
  • Experience facilitating stakeholder communication, product and campaign release schedules, and multi-generational product and campaign plans
  • Proficient in basic computer technologies, appropriate for an internet-based company
  • Regular and predictable attendance
