Salary: $110,000.00 USD Annually - $150,000.00 USD Annually
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Certified Financial Planner to join their rapidly growing business,

Boutique financial planning firm dedicated to providing personalized and comprehensive wealth management services to individuals, families, and small businesses. We strive to help our clients achieve their financial goals through careful planning and expert guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage financial plans for personal, family, and business clients
  
• Conduct meetings to understand clients' financial objectives and provide tailored advice
  
• Monitor and review client accounts, making adjustments based on performance and changing needs
  
• Stay current with financial regulations and market trends
  
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a comprehensive approach to wealth management
  

Qualifications:

• FINRA Licenses, CFP® or CFA preferred
  
• 2-5 years of experience in wealth management for personal, family, and business clients
  
• Experience with CRMs, Redtail experience preferred
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  
• Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  
• Proficiency in financial planning software and tools
