We are seeking a talented individual to join our Client Services Pension team at Mercer. This role will be based in Milwaukee - E. Wisconsin. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
The Client Services Pension Analyst is position responsible for the administration of retirement plans. This role supports the Client Services Pension Team Leaders and clients by serving as a subject matter expert and as a technical systems resource for the defined benefit plans.
We will count on you to:
- Efficiently handle incoming phone calls and respond to client inquiries regarding pension plans, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
- Execute complex calculations and process payments related to retirement plans with precision and accuracy.
- Review and verify paperwork to ensure accuracy in data processing, maintaining the integrity of client information.
- Address client emails promptly and escalate issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Contribute to special projects and assist in the preparation of comprehensive pension reports.
- Ensure adherence to timelines and compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest standards of professional conduct.
What you need to have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
