Summary

The Clinical Workflow Analyst will play a pivotal role in developing short- and medium-term workflow strategies for Tulane Gastroenterology (GI). This position requires a systems-oriented approach to enhance operational efficiencies, specifically focusing on maximizing operating room (OR) block time. The ideal candidate will analyze current workflows, identify bottlenecks, and propose innovative solutions that streamline processes. Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in healthcare administration, business management, systems engineering, or a related field. * Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in workflow design, process improvement, or operational management within a healthcare setting.* Epic training, certified analyst.

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA) or Business Administration (MBA) is preferred for advanced understanding of healthcare systems.
