Position Summary:Florida Atlantic University is seeking a Coordinator, Kelly/Strul Emerging Scholars Program - Boca Raton, FL.
The Coordinator for the Kelly/Strul Emerging Scholars Program is responsible for coordinating programs, events, and engagement initiatives that increase the retention and matriculation of program participants within the Kelly/Strul Emerging Scholars program. This position reports directly to and works closely with the Assistant Director of First-Generation Student Success, to engage program participants in a meaningful college experience aimed at accomplishing the program mission of graduating low-income first-generation college students' debt-free. Additionally, the Coordinator supports all aspects of the program to include recruitment, graduation, and philanthropic programming, while specifically coaching freshmen and sophomore participants through the 17-point pathway program curriculum.
