Your Opportunity as Coordinator, Operations Support

Location: Arkadelphia, AR bakery

Work Arrangements: 100% Onsite - 1st Shift, 7:00am-3:00pm

In this role you will:

• Research quality system documentation to identify discrepancies and follow-up with appropriate departments to achieve resolution
• Verify through auditing that quality system procedures and documents are accurate
• Create or modify quality system documents as appropriate in coordination with department coordinators
• Audit and reconciliation of batch sheet, control batch sheet changes
• Develop tools to track errors and identify corrective action
• Develop trend reports for corrective actions and follow-up to monitor effective resolutions
• Verify through auditing production records that batch record reports are accurate and balanced
• Assist with root cause analysis when discrepancies are found through all quality system audits

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's Degree (BA or BS) in related area preferred.
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills required.
• 1-3 years' experience working with document control and auditing preferred.
• An understanding of batch sheet control and accounting is helpful.
• ISO, BRC, or Global Food Safety Initiative system experience preferred.
• Computer skills - Microsoft suite
