HYBRID ROLE BASED OUT OF OUR DOWNEY OFFICE

Job Purpose:

This position will support customer experience teams with admin duties to support order management, vendor claim, customer credits, and reporting to support productivity and customer response time.

Job Responsibilities:

● Run and manage multiple reports to assist in meeting customer expectations, including
but not limited to: open order reports, back order reports, etc.
● Initiate new item request for Sales and Customer Service reps.
● Execute new account set up and account changes.
● Perform pricing maintenance, reporting, POD retrieval and invoice look up.
● Communicate with internal/external customers as appropriate regarding orders,
issues, or opportunities.
● Direct order follow-up, including but not limited to:
o Match vendor confirmations to Purchase Orders to ensure accuracy.
o Follow up with the vendor to confirm the order shipped.
o Resolve invoice discrepancies and communicate action taken to PO owner.
o Manage reports for direct order freight, open orders, and unconfirmed orders.
● Handle specific projects and attend customer service events as needed.
● Responsible for vendor managed inventory/consignment program.
● Assist with processing Credit request paperwork and requests from Accounts
Receivable.

Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications:

Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 plus profit sharing opportunity

Work Experience:

● 1-3 years of related job experience.

● Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

● Strong customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful).

Education:

● High School Diploma/GED Preferred
