Job Duties/Description:

• Daily goals: Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls and answer 15-30 inbound calls, providing exceptional customer service (no cold calling).
• Reach out to new clients to confirm their identity and ensure all information is accurate.
• Clearly communicate the terms of the payment financing contract to clients, ensuring they understand all aspects.
• Assist clients in setting up their preferred payment methods.
• Make outbound calls to clients to collect late payments and make necessary adjustments to accounts.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, updates, and adjustments in the company's database.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of previous call center experience
• Excellent work ethic - must show longevity in previous roles
• High School diploma or GED; college degree a plus
• Excellent verbal/written communication

Additional Info:

• Pay range: $20-21/hr
• Schedule:
  • Training schedule will be Monday- Thursday 8am-5pm & Friday 8am-2:30pm
  • Permanent schedule after training: Tuesday & Wednesday 5pm-9pm, Friday 2:30pm-6pm,and Saturday 1pm-6pm (Flexible for the remaining 22.5 hours to hit 40 hours per week which will fall within daytime shifts. Can either take Monday off or work shorter hours Monday- Saturday).
