Job Duties/Description:

• Daily Objectives: Conduct a minimum of 100 outbound calls and handle 15-30 inbound calls daily, delivering outstanding customer service.
• Client Verification: Contact new clients to confirm their identity and verify the accuracy of their information.
• Contract Communication: Clearly explain the terms of payment financing contracts to clients, ensuring they fully understand all aspects.
• Payment Setup: Assist clients in setting up their preferred payment methods.
• Collections: Make outbound calls to clients to collect late payments and make necessary adjustments to accounts.
• Record Maintenance: Keep accurate records of client interactions, updates, and adjustments in the company's database.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of call center experience
• Strong work ethic with demonstrated longevity in previous roles
• High School diploma or GED; college degree is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Additional Information:

• Pay Range: $19-20/hr
• Training Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm & Friday 8am-2:30pm, Must be flexible to work weeknight shifts & Saturdays as needed
• Location: 100% in-office in Maple Grove
