Position will be based in Cincinnati, OH. Hybrid schedule.

Position Overview:
We're looking for a passionate Analyst II to join our team! This role offers the chance to impact healthcare outcomes directly through data analysis and reporting, all within a collaborative, supportive environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Address basic and moderate analytic needs for internal/external stakeholders
  
• Develop and populate dashboards using leading reporting technologies
• Build and improve automated systems for performance metrics and data management
• Validate and maintain metric values to ensure accurate reporting
  
• Translate data needs into actionable insights and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Manage a portfolio of performance metrics, including regular updates and responding to customer inquiries, sometimes conducting initial analyses

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Master's degree in computer science, statistics, economics or related fields
  
• 2+ years of work experience in a related job discipline
  
• Strong SQL skills, analytics background, and experience with visualization tools like Power BI.
  
• Solid project management skills
  
• Excellent communication skills.
