Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Day Porter IV:

• Responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of three floors in our client's location

• Continual policing and picking up of public areas throughout the day for removal of litter, damp mopping spillages, and emptying of trash receptacles

• Inspect all public lavatories per shift for cleanliness and maintenance of an adequate supply of toiletries

• Thorough cleaning of conference rooms, lounge areas, and public spaces

• Assist the events team in the setup and teardown of meetings and events within the headquarters

• The position may consist of continual lifting and moving equipment and furniture

• This is a contract position through 8/3/25
  

Required Skills for Day Porter IV:

• 1 to 3 years' experience providing day porter or janitorial services

• Familiarity with dilution and use of cleaning solutions for an office environment

• Excellent customer service skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced innovative environment while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient
