The Client Council and Industry Trade Relations team (CCIT) builds and maintains strong and trusted relationships with Meta's clients and agencies. Our work provides Meta's leadership and product teams essential feedback, affords a forum to debate and address the marketing industry's biggest issues and opportunities with the most influential marketing leaders around the world, and builds strong advocates amongst the Council members/Trade partners. This role straddles the CCIT team and partners extremely closely with our head of Global Business Group (GBG) supporting key priorities. GBG leads the company's relationships with marketers and agencies for all of our family of apps as well as global partnerships and engineering.We're looking for a dynamic leader, ready to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. The successful candidate should have focused experience in Graphic Design with a thorough understanding of Design principles and typography.Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess experience being a clear communicator, a team player, and inspiring and motivating the team to deliver high-quality creative work.

Designer Responsibilities:

  • Communicating & partnering with the head of Global Business Group to communicate the organization's top priorities internally and externally
  • Effectively telling our story through Council and Industry Trade engagements helping us deliver on our goals
  • Participating in organization wide all-hands, Client & Press Engagements quarterly, Executive Engagement support, Executive Summits, Social Media Design, Ideation, Execution
  • Working on a high volume of presentations in Google Slides


Minimum Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in graphic design industry
  • Experience communicating in the language of design
  • Working knowledge of animation
  • Knowledge in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Sketch
  • Experience thinking strategically and redefining problems rather than executing on solutions
  • Experience with content strategy
  • Portfolio features communication design across multiple medium including web, advertising, events and conceptual brand expressions
  • Portfolio link and resume
  • Communication skills and a sense for design aesthetics
  • Operational experience, project management skills and experience managing multiple tasks at once
  • Experience communicating and packaging marketing material in Google Slides, PowerPoint and Keynote


Preferred Qualifications:

  • BFA or MFA
  • Track record of driving projects forward

$121,000/year to $173,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
