RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Digital Program Manager in New York, NY.Summary:As a Senior Program Manager, you will focus on the planning and delivery of a strategic initiative. You will partner with multiple leaders to create, manage, and track value delivery on assigned initiatives. You will also lead and execute all aspects of program management, including scope, schedule, capacity, risks, and dependencies.Key Tasks:- Manage end-to-end horizontal programs with multiple workstreams and VP+ level stakeholders
- Digital Program Manager will lead quarterly planning activities for two distinct product areas
- Maintain and execute detailed program plans, monitoring progress and adjusting as needed
- Manage stakeholder engagement and communication
- As a Digital Program Manager, you will identify and mitigate risks and issues, delivering status reporting to stakeholders
- Provide bi-weekly status reports to all stakeholders as well as present updates, risks, achievements to senior leadership monthly
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree required in a related field, or equivalent combination of education, experience and training
- At least 5 years of professional experience within business, technology, or an equivalent sector
- At least 3 years of portfolio, program management and/or project management leadership roles
- Proven experience delivering large complex programs across multiple teams
- Complex problem-solving and experience establishing processes that strengthen fact-based decision making
- Experience working in a highly matrixed work environment
- Proven experience in both agile and waterfall methodologies and working with both scrum and kanban teams
- Demonstrated expertise of developing consensus and influencing effective outcomes across diverse teams
- Comfortable with ambiguity
- Strong communication, team dynamics, conflict resolution, and leadership skills
- Strong understanding of building program plans and dashboards in Jira
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
