RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Director of Treasury in Chantilly, VA.Responsibilities:- Cash Management: Oversee the company's cash flow, including forecasting, monitoring, and optimizing cash positions to meet operational needs
- Investment Management: Develop and implement investment strategies to maximize returns on the company's excess cash while ensuring liquidity and compliance with investment policies
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage financial risks, including currency and interest rate exposures, ensuring appropriate risk mitigation strategies are in place
- Banking Relationships: Manage relationships with banks and other financial institutions, negotiating terms and conditions for banking services
- Debt Management: Oversee the company's debt portfolio, including issuance, repayment, and compliance with covenants
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Collaborate with the finance team to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including those specific to government contracting, such as FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) and DCAA (Defense Contract Audit Agency) requirements
- Treasury Policies and Procedures: Develop, implement, and maintain treasury policies and procedures to ensure efficient and secure treasury operations
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CTP, CFA) preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in treasury management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role; Experience in a government contracting environment is highly desirable
- Proficiency in treasury management systems and financial software; strong understanding of financial instruments and investment strategies
- Familiarity with government contracting regulations, including FAR and DCAA requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and effectively to senior management and stakeholders
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team, with strong organizational and time management skills
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
