We are seeking a DocuSign CLM Senior Consultant to play a key role on projects with clients of varying sizes and industries by contributing to the design and architecture of DocuSign CLM Solutions. This person will be responsible for defining technical requirements as well as configuring and customizing DocuSign CLM to ensure that it is meeting business needs. This role will on occasions also involve working on Salesforce engagements.

Job Duties:

• Contribute to the design and architecture of DocuSign CLM solutions based on business requirements.
• Define technical specifications, system integrations, and data mappings for CLM implementations.
• Ensure scalability, security, and performance of CLM solutions.
• Configure and customize DocuSign CLM to meet specific business needs.
• Develop workflows, templates, and automation rules within the CLM system.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance of CLM configurations and integrations.
• Manage integration between DocuSign CLM and Salesforce.
• Coordinate deployment activities.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into CLM solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and expertise to project teams and stakeholders.
• Create technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and user manuals.
• Adhere to Simplus delivery methodology & project standards, and ensure that project deliverables are completed on time
• Provide support on Salesforce projects when needed in either a Business Analyst, Developer or Consultant role

Required Education and Experience

1. Proven experience as a DocuSign CLM Consultant.
2. In-depth knowledge of DocuSign CLM and its capabilities.
3. Advanced DocuSign CLM development skills, including C# and XML.
4. Strong understanding of CLM best practices and industry standards.
5. Experience with system integrations, particularly with CRM and ERP systems.
6. Good understanding of Salesforce and experience working in a Salesforce focused role as either a BA, Developer or Consultant
7. Proficiency in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
8. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues.
9. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.
10. Experience in creating technical documentation.
11. Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Preferred Education & Experience

1. Experience working on projects with other CLM platforms such as Apttus/Conga, iCertis, Agiloft, Sirion
2. DocuSign CLM Implementation Consultant certification

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position from home (remotely) or in our SLC, Utah headquarters. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday during normal business hours.

Travel

Some travel may be required up to 25% of the time.
