Your Opportunity

You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As an Early Career Mechanical Engineer in Lynchburg, VA, you will be part of the proven team in the Installed Base Business Unit. In this role, you will perform standard engineering assignments typically in areas of design, development, analysis, evaluation, testing, and preparation of specifications. Create 3D models and 2D drawings using SolidWorks. Some hands on work to aid operations group and/or fabrication of prototypes. This position requires occasional travel. Together we will enable clean, safe, and economical low-carbon energy to meet the global ambition for a better tomorrow.

Your Total Rewards Package

The range of base salary for the position is between $63,000 - $82,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
