Carlisle Weatherproofing Technologies (CWT) is a leading supplier of building envelope solutions that effectively drive energy efficiency and sustainability in commercial and residential applications. We are looking for a Eastern Regional Manager to join our team. This role can be located anywhere on the east coast of the US.
Job Summary:
This is a working Regional Manager position, retaining responsibilities and managing the daily responsibilities associated with the sales of products within the assigned region. The individual in this role is also responsible for the direction and management of direct accounts, distributors, and sales personnel to ensure achievement of sales objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Manage and directs the sales effort of the region's Territory Sales Representatives, direct accounts, distributors, and builders to ensure their efforts follow the annual operating plan.
* Manage the Top Build Account from a corporate level and meet and achieve sales budgets
* Manage the personnel assigned to the Regional Manager. This includes supervision of daily activities, hiring, training, and development of personnel.
* Onboard and train new representatives at Carlisle Corporate, in the Regional Managers territory as well as the Territory Sales Rep's.
* Ride with each rep at least once a quarter.
* Accountability for achieving sales targets and activity metrics for each rep / region.
* Pull together the 12-month outlook and plan for the territory quarterly.
* Present to CWT President and business leadership during the quarterly PSI call.
* Meets with other company departments to achieve sales objectives.
* Provides management with written correspondence and monthly reports to cover all aspects of the region that impact sales.

Travel Requirement:
* Travel for this position is estimated at up to 80%.
