Your Role:As a Licensed Nursing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient-centered care. You will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), assisting with a variety of patient care tasks and ensuring a safe, supportive, and clean environment for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care Support:
- Assist with patient assessments and care provisions, including measuring vital signs and recording patient information.
- Help patients meet their nutritional and elimination needs.
- Support patient mobility and comfort care, providing reassurance and emotional support.

Safety and Cleanliness:
- Promote patient safety by maintaining a clean, clutter-free environment and observing isolation precautions.
- Respond promptly to patient needs and assist with emergency situations as they arise.

Operational Efficiency:
- Collaborate with nursing staff to prioritize tasks and manage departmental operations.
- Assist with clerical duties, including data entry and organizing patient charts.

Professional Development:
- Maintain current knowledge and competency in LNA practices.
- Participate in ongoing training and assist with the orientation of new staff.
Qualifications:
- Current certification as a Licensed Nursing Assistant in [State].
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required.

Qualifications Experience Minimum Required• 1 year experience as an LNA or EMT-B in acute care setting
Education Minimum Required• High School Diploma or Equivalent
Special Skills Minimum Required•ARC or AHA BLS
Licensure and/or Certifications Required• LNA or EMT
