Academic Req: Required - Bachelor's in science/arts, with understanding of health and human services field, organizational leadership, learning and development, or another comparable field, comparable experience in lieu of academic credentials considered

Work Experience:
1. Experience managing day-to-day operations of the LMS, including user management, technical support, content management, and system optimization.
2. Experience working collaboratively with co-workers, stakeholders, vendors, or in a team environment
3. Experience with data analysis, interpreting metrics, and report development.
4. Customer service skills, ability to display strong written and verbal communication skills.
5. Familiarity with utilizing multiple software and products ex: adobe creative suites ex: Cornerstone Learning, Office 365, photoshop, lightroom, premiere pro, and frame.io.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects with effective time management, organization, and note-taking skills.

Critical Action Items & Measurable Deliverables:
1. Ensure data integrity and security through LMS system administration including the management of user accounts, roles, and permissions, ensuring accurate setup and maintaining less than 1% error rate in permissions and roles.
2. Assist and support with contracts and service level agreements with LMS providers and vendor on monthly basis.
3. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user manuals, FAQs, troubleshooting guides and any request from organization.
4. Management of content and ownership of the delivery strategy, ensuring documentation is maintained to properly address learning assignment setup.
a. Curriculum Management:
i. Organize/track master data loads, as well as historical course
ii. Organize and manage digital content libraries
iii. Create/keep a schedule of what is in use, etc., and create/manage auditing timeline
iv. Update curricula in partnership with SMEs and content developers
v. Manage and own curriculum matrices, and update accordingly in partnership with clients and stakeholders
5. Provide timely technical support, escalating any issues directly to supervisor that require immediate attention and/or support and responding to all help desk tickets within 8-12 hours and resolving 90% of issues within 24-48 hours.
a. Issue Tracking:
i. Manage tickets/issues with learning system (external - with Vendor)
ii. Manage internal user tickets with Help Desk
iii. Provide end-user troubleshooting and issue remediation with strong customer service skills
