Entry-Level Scheduling Assistant - $19/hr.

Job Duties/Description:

• Pre-site phone calls for installation scheduling and reviewing deliverables for each project.
• Must be comfortable placing a high volume of outbound phone calls to confirm scheduling/logistics of projects
• This position has support responsibility for specific phases of the project management lifecycle from planning, execution and project closure.
• Document project tasks and resource requirements
• Coordinate customer service location
• Confirm logistical plans with all parties

Requirements:

• Previous customer service and/or administrative experience is preferred
• Must be comfortable placing outbound phone calls
• Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to express ideas and information
• Ability to be accountable for quality customer service and respond appropriately to a variety of personalities and situations
• High School Diploma

Additional Info:

• Pay range: $19/hr.
• Schedule: : 8am-5pm Monday - Friday
• Type: Contract - 4-6 months
